What is an ethos? It is the character or spirit of an organisation or individual.
Why does M-N-D bother with having an ethos when we have a list of rules? Because rules are limited they can only cover a set number of circumstances, but an ethos is the spirit in which those laws are written and so is not limited to one circumstance instead is all encompassing.
So what is M-N-D's ethos? As a corporation we are firmly committed to the notion that no one can succeed unless everyone succeeds. So to that end we will do anything and everything in our power to ensure that our members achieve their goals and become the best that they can be.
We believe that best corporate decisions are made through consultation. So that while the final choice lies with the Board of Directors, it will give every opportunity for members to give their thoughts on a decision and will listen to those opinions with the sincerity and gravity they deserve.
Finally we are all here to have fun, and the goal and aspiration of the corporation is to enhance that fun through a strong sense of friendship and support.
